  • Payment information (processed through our secure payment processor — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Information about the documents you need prepared, notarized, or apostilled
  • Details related to your legal matter (e.g., divorce, name change, probation, quit claim deed)
  • Any information submitted via our contact form, newsletter signup, or account creation

1.2 Biometric and Identity Verification Data

For Remote Online Notary (RON) sessions and biometric services, we may collect:

  • Facial images and/or biometric data captured during identity verification
  • Government-issued ID scans for credential analysis
  • Knowledge-based authentication (KBA) responses
  • Video and audio recordings of remote notary sessions

Florida law (F.S. § 117.265) requires RON session recordings to be retained for at least 10 years. By using our RON services, you consent to the recording and retention of your session.

  • Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
