early termination of probation
STEP 1
We prepare legal documents for request that you be early terminated from your probationary sentence; or to modify your probation. Although we know that most of our customers have been granted their request, we cannot make guarantees that your request will be granted. In general, to request an early termination of probation or modification, all of your court costs, fines, restitution, etc. should be paid in full; you have not re offended or violated your probation; and have completed all of your conditions - such as community service and classes.

STEP 2 - Questions You Must Answer Before Scheduling a One-On-One
- Have you completed at least half of your probation sentence?
- Is your probation officer aware and in agreement with your application for early termination of probation?
- Have you satisfied all restitution fees, court costs, probation fees, or any other financial obligations associated with your case?
- Have you fulfilled all requirements such as community service, drug rehabilitation programs, or any other classes mandated as part of your probation terms (if applicable)?
